The NUK x Ms. Rachel collection
A product line mapped to a year of a child's development
The brief
Most creator partnerships in the parenting category are a logo next to a famous face. The association is rented, the product is unchanged, and parents can tell. This one had to survive being picked up in a store by somebody who had never seen the campaign.
The idea
Trust does not transfer through a badge. It transfers through a product that is good enough to deserve the name on it. So the line came first and the campaign came second, with every item anchored to a developmental moment rather than to a price point.
The work
The collection ships across cups and tableware. The hero is the NUK Ms. Rachel Learner Cup at 10 oz for eight months and up, with a soft spout, removable easy-grip handles and a spillproof seal, live at NUK, Amazon, Target and Walmart. A 5 oz Learner Cup covers the earliest transition stage and is available in a two-pack. The NUK First Choice Ms. Rachel Learner Straw Sippy Cup at 10 oz takes advanced sippers through the straw transition. The Ms. Rachel Tableware Set adds a divided plate, bowl, fork and spoon, BPA-free and dishwasher-safe, with a four-piece plastic dinnerware variant built as a Target exclusive.
The system
Every product, ad and social asset lives in the same colour world, so a child who watches Ms. Rachel on a screen recognises the cup on a shelf at Target. Each SKU is tied to a milestone, from first sip to first fork, which means the line reads as a year of growth rather than as a range.
What happened
Four major retailers carry the collection. Two items hold Amazon's Choice badges. The line averages 4.7 stars across its ratings, which is the number that matters most, because it is the one the partnership could not borrow.
